3:00 PM — Hotel rooms available for check-in
4:00 PM — Committee meet at Hotel
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM — Meet and Greet
- Receive name tags and t-shirt
- Receive scavenger hunt instructions
- Receive QR code for program with itinerary (hard copy available for non-digital family members)
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM — Dinner on your own
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM — Bowling or game night
